Let’s Go Surfing! We will take you for a RocknRoll Ride through the French Basque Coast along the seaside in a restored van which has been transporting happiness since 1963. She’s an elegant black and white VW T1 Kombi with a well looked-after appearance. Always impeccable, she has undergone cosmetic treatment to stay so beautiful. She’s travelled miles of smiles, keeping her in good shape. A real gem!
On route we will pick a special spot to Surf the waves in a wild (yet safe) spectacular environment and we will provide a photo shooting of you in the water while Surfing!
After Surfing we will continue on route to Biarritz, riding along the breathtaking French Basque coast. We will pass through the entire town of Biarritz and its beaches recovering the essence of its Surfing origins of the 60’s. We will stop to admire the spectacular views from the cliffs of Route de la Corniche between the various coastal towns, stopping to take admire the view and and enjoy the breeze.
We will park to enjoy the spectacular views and have a delicious gourmet aperitif (you will enjoy a selection of local white wine ’Txakoli’, local Basque Cider, Spanish beer, cold pintxos (‘tapas’) made with the finest top local ingredients and variety of Basque specialty foods, non-alcoholic beverages).
Please bear in mind that this micro area, the Basque Country, is the region with the highest concentration of Michelin stars per capita in the world. In Bilbao, as in nearby San Sebastian, there is a huge culinary tradition that in recent years has been able to renew itself with proposals of the highest level. In the list of the top 50 restaurants in the world the Basques are four (Mugaritz, Asador Etxebarri, Arzak, Azurmendi).
Your perfect day will be crowned with the perfect on route meal, you will be pleased with special local proposals such as a local Bonito (tuna) with green peppers, Iberic ham, local Basque cheese, olives, anchovies, Spanish omelette, fresh bread…
All this with good Rock & Roll music of 50/60/70’s in the background. We will make a special stop at the viewpoint of an emblematic Surfing village where we will snap photos of the world class wave of Parlementia as a background
Where We Will Go
We will begin in San Sebastiàn Spain and drive to France (25min) and drive along the coast. We will visit the seaside towns from Hendaye to Biarritz, making a stop on the coast to take photos, to drive through Biarritz and a special stop to a local village famous for it’s special wave ‘Parlimentia’.

You need to bring only bathing suit, own towels, suncream and comfortable clothing for after surfing.
